Governor's Task Force on Global Warming - Omnibus Enabling Legislation
Starting in early 2009, a group of legislators, agency personnel and others have been developing legislation intended to implement the July 2008 recommendations of the Governor’s Task Force on Global Warming.
The legislation is organized under the following major headings:
